How to withdraw
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your credit-pack purchase where this is available under your local consumer law.
Include:
- the email address on your Speakroom account;
- the purchase date and credit pack;
- your Stripe receipt or checkout email, if you have it; and
- “I want to withdraw from my Speakroom credit-pack purchase.”
Refunds
Unused purchased credits may be refundable within 14 days where required by law. Used credits are not refundable because AI practice was already supplied.
